Why I Created These Products

Hi there, I’m Sharon! I’m a writer and creator, and I live in North Carolina with my husband and son, and I’m a third-degree black belt in women’s self-defense.

These trackers have been not just a passion project but a real health journey for me. From the age of 12, I’ve dealt with a myriad of health issues and illnesses, eventually leading to joint replacements, debilitating migraines, multiple food allergies, and stage 3 heart failure.

A hodgepodge of logs, notes, and a very good memory helped me figure out solutions to many of the problems. Those experiences ultimately led me to wanting a more organized way of tracking different health concerns, and so the idea of my health trackers was born.

My hope is that these trackers will help you, or the medical professionals you see, find answers to your own health issues.

How to Use The Trackers

STEP 1: Pick Your Tracker

To get started, pick the tracker that best aligns with your health concerns and goals. All of our trackers have places for you to take notes, and most of them have extra spaces if you want to track additional data that isn’t already listed.

STEP 2: Your Tracker Ships!

Once you’ve purchased your health tracker, it will ship to you using whichever shipping option you’ve selected. If you have Amazon Prime, you’ll get your tracker even sooner! All of our 4″x6″ trackers fit in an A6 travel notebook.

STEP 3: Get the Tools You Need

STEP 4: Track Your Data
